In Memory of Brittany Maynard: The Best Natural Cure For All Types of Cancers - Including Glioblastoma

1/12/2015

PLEASE Watch the documentary on Dr. Stanislaw Burzinsky and his discovery of antineoplasteons- the best non-toxic, natural cure for all types of cancers with NO side effects.

FREE to view until January 15th, 2015 only.

With rates approaching nearly half the population being diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime - this is critical information you cannot afford to miss.  It could save the life of a loved one, or even your own life someday.  It might have saved Brittany Maynard, if she had known about it.

Click HERE to view the FREE documentaries on natural cures for cancer now.

You will learn how one man developed the most potent natural cure for cancer, with cure rates far surpassing those of chemo and radiation, with zero side effects.

Why haven't you heard about Dr. Burzinsky and his discovery of antineoplasteons?  Because he is the sole patent owner of the world's best cancer cure, and the FDA and other cancer organizations will lose their more than 5 billion dollars in annual funding if they acknowledge him and his discovery.  The time to go beyond the toxic, poisonous options available to the population has come.  It's time for natural options like Dr. Burzinsky's to finally be known, and widely provided.

Don't you agree?

I personally watched my mother suffer the ravages of toxic chemo and though she was fortunate to survive, her doctor admitted that it was the chemotherapy, not the cancer, that nearly took her life.  I wish she would have had other options, because she suffered dearly from the side effects of
chemo - the only option she was given.  Since the discovery of antineoplasteons has been around for decades, she could have accessed this option - IF her doctor had only known it existed.

You have the chance to educate yourself on better options.  I hope you take the time to watch Burzinsky: Cancer is Serious Business.... NOW.

Candy Canes ~ Naughty or Nice?

12/21/2014

Let's face it - candy is candy and kids love it.

Picture

Chances are, you won't be able to make them avoid eating it here and there, especially around certain holidays.

But there is a brand that I love (and give to my own kids each year) that is organic, non-gmo, corn syrup free, and free of artificial colors like Red#40.

If you feel the way I do and would like kids to be able to have some treats once in a while, but prefer that they be healthier options, then check out TruJoy sweets.  I also love Yummy Earth brand sweets for kids.  And aside from holidays and birthdays, I try not to have sweets available in the house.

How about you?

Robin Williams: Bipolar, Depression, Nutritional Healing, & Med-Free Bipolar Book Giveaway

8/18/2014

One week ago, the world heard the news of Robin Williams’ passing.  Since then, many conversations have begun - aimed at removing stigmas associated with illnesses such as depression and bipolar.  These conversations are long overdue, prompted by the loss of a man who felt like a dear and familiar friend.
Picture
BUT... Of all the articles I’ve read lately discussing depression and bipolar, one very KEY item has been missing .

That key is the nutritive approach to healing mental afflictions.

Picture
Depression and bipolar (even cases of severe mental illness) have been treated successfully with the nutritive approach. Nutrition is still a very little known method for approaching and treating such disorders, yet the evidence and case studies are mounting by the day (See resources at the end of this article).  It is my hope that healing through nutrition will quickly be accepted by our culture, because the statistics on depression and suicide are staggering.

Consider the following from the Huffington Post:

  • By 2030, depression will outpace cancer, stroke, war and accidents as the world's leading cause of disability and death, according to the World Health Organization.

  • Each year, 34,000 people commit suicide, about twice as many deaths as caused by homicide -- about one death per 15 minutes.

  • Fully 90 percent of those who take their own lives struggle with an underlying mental health issue.

It doesn’t have to be this way!

I suspect that there will come a time in the not too distant future, when we will all look back and say, “Of course bipolar can be eradicated with nutrients.  Who doesn’t know that!?!?”  Just as Rickets and Scurvy were successfully treated with Vitamin D and Vitamin C respectively, mental health afflictions have their foundational remedy in nutrition as well.

We also learned this past week (in a statement released by Williams’ wife) that besides depression, Mr. Williams had been suffering from the early stages of Parkinson’s.  This further compounds the evidence that essential nutritional elements were missing as cases of Parkinson’s are also being rehabilitated with the nutritive approach.  Again, this is not mainstream knowledge yet (not by a long shot), but the conversation has begun.  A handful of leading edge doctors and individuals are confirming the incredible degree to which micronutrients can heal - over 900 afflictions to date have been successfully treated with optimum micronutrient intake.

Because I want to get Nutritional Healing information into the hands of as many people as possible, NGD is sponsoring a BIG book giveaway.  I am arranging for 10 paperback copies (minimum) of Med-Free Bipolar by Aspen Morrow*, to be delivered into the hands of selected NGD subscribers who comment on this information. Med-Free Bipolar shot up to the #2 book out of 7000 on the topic following Williams’ death, and #1 in Amazon’s rankings for alternative treatments for mood disorders.

This book was written by a woman who has survived the ravages of bipolar and has thrived through nutritional treatments to share the  journey - and the healing protocol- with others.

Please, if you know of anyone suffering from similar afflictions, educate yourself!  Pass the information on to their loved ones.  Sometimes a depressed brain cannot help itself, even with the right information.  Once the brain and spirit is “broken”, it needs all the support it can get to begin functioning optimally again.  This support usually comes from friends and loved ones, education, and appropriate treatment.

If you are interested in spreading awareness or would like to learn more about the nutritive approach to optimal mental health, please leave a comment below, indicating that you would like a paperback copy of Aspen Morrow’s book, Med-Free Bipolar.  Alternatively, feel free to post your thoughts and feelings about Robin Williams’ passing, or share thoughts to honor and remember someone you’ve known who has suffered from any sort of mental affliction.

The world can’t afford to lose another beautiful soul to this illness.

Let’s learn from this!

And...  If you find the information presented here helpful, please share it!

In loving remembrance of those we have lost, and in hope to help those who remain afflicted  to reclaim their health,

Happy people are healthier!

What makes you happy?

"In a newly published review from the Harvard School of Public Health, characteristics such as optimism and happiness were linked to a lower risk for heart and vascular disease.

The analysis of more than 200 studies is the largest ever to examine the impact of a positive outlook on heart attack and stroke risk, says Harvard research fellow Julia K. Boehm, PhD."

The image above shows 16 "happiness boosters" (via Huffington Post)
While engaging in uplifting activities such as those depicted above have been proven to enhance happiness, sometimes a "broken brain" (ie: one that is not receiving enough micronutrients to function optimally) finds it difficult to access motivation to engage in activity.  It's imperative in this situation to get as many micronutrients to the brain as possible and allow them to restore joy naturally.  This will happen gradually once the proper nutrients have been obtained.

(If you need more information on getting micronutrients to the brain, please see the NGD report "Super Hero Formula" and learn how to get them into your diet.  The report details how even extreme cases of mental illness and bi-polar have been reversed and healed with micronutrients.)

We've made it easier for you to produce good thoughts by compiling a concise list of brain boosting foods along with 11 simple and delicious recipes in our newest report (right).

Now...  How will YOU increase your happiness today?

I hope the activity chart and good-mood recipes help take your "happy quota" up a notch, and that you share with me below your personal favorite activities for cultivating more joy.

GIVEAWAY!  Micronutrient Supplement & Book

5/18/2014

W I N   T H I S !
Q96 Empower Plus micronutrient supplement and the bestselling book, A Promise Of Hope.
Picture
Did you know that more than 900 diseases have been successfully treated with proper micronutrient support?

When essential micronutrients are missing from our diets, it can result in a wide array of deficiency related diseases.

Though many are familiar with examples like scurvy (successfully treated with Vitamin C) or rickets (treated by obtaining proper amounts of Vitamin D), not many are aware of how conditions ranging from bipolar to severe mental illness to clumsiness, brain fog and "senior moments" are successfully treated with micronutrient support - and that's still only a fraction of conditions that can be treated with optimum nutrient intake.
This giveaway in includes the powerful supplement known as Q96 (so named because of the 96 hours it takes to grind the nutrients into small enough particles to get absorbed by your body.  It is backed by scientific studies at major universities in four countries and is published in peer reviewed medical journals).

One winner will also receive the book A Promise Of Hope, written by Autumn Stringam, the daughter of Q96 creator Tony Stephan.  This family's story of tragedy and triumph will leave you inspired as you learn how the disease of mental illness and suicide had plagued the family until the discovery of micronutrient support (through what is today Q96), saved the lives of not only their own surviving family members, but also those of thousands more around the globe.

I personally use Q96 to help rebuild my immune system after the ravages of a biotoxin illness (black mold exposure) and cannot say enough about what it has done to improve the quality of my life.

No matter what ailment may be plaguing you, or even if you don't have an ailment but simply realize how deprived of nutrients our soil and produce is today and know you could use optimum nutritional support, please leave a comment below telling us why you would love to win this giveaway!

Leave a comment below and you'll be entered to win the drawing!

Winner will be announced beginning of July.

Photo at Right: Tony Stephan, creator of Q96, me (Stephanie Mullani of Natural Girl Diary), Autumn Stringam (author of Promise of Hope), Aspen Morrow (author of Med-Free Bi-Polar), and Daren Hogge, President of Q Sciences, producer of Q96.  I am incredibly grateful for the commitment and dedication of pioneers in true health!

Super CELERY Juice: Rejuvenating, Refreshing, Cleansing, Detoxifying

4/5/2014

Here's one thing the average person doesn't get enough of in

their diet: CELERY!

Just one stalk aids in digestion, calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure and supplies Vitamin A for eye health. Multiple studies have confirmed that powerful flavonoids in celery inhibit the growth of cancer cells, especially in the pancreas and breast.

One of my favorite ways to get more celery into my body is through this refreshing, celery based JUICE recipe.

Blend the following in a VERY high powered blender (like Vitamix, Ninja, or Blendtec, or put ingredients through a juicer):

5 to 10 ribs celery
1 or 2 apples
approx. 1 inch piece fresh ginger root
1 cup parsley
1 cucumber
1 carrot

If using blender instead of juicing:

Fill blender 1/2 - 3/4 full of spring or filtered water and blend.  -------->

Picture

BONUS: A substance called apigenin in BOTH Parsley and Celery have been effective in treating breast cancer in studies, and both are in this recipe. Drink up!

TIP: Adding organic apple juice (50% juice, 50% water) enhances the flavor and I recommend it if you are new to green drinks.

Are Dangerous Chemicals in Your Bread?

3/4/2014

Picture
In recent health news, food blogger Vani Hari, aka the "Food Babe", achieved a victory for real food when her petition convinced Subway to remove a dangerous chemical from its bread.

Though the chemical is not yet out of their bread supply, we hope this creates a domino effect in the food industry and inspires consumers to learn more about the foods they are eating.

The chemical under fire is called Azocarbonamide.  The following facts are from the Foodbabe/Subway full report :

•The World Health Organization has linked azocarbonamide to respiratory issues, allergies and asthma.

•When a truck carrying azodicarbonamide overturned on a Chicago highway in 2001, it prompted city officials to issue the highest hazardous materials alert and evacuate people within a half mile radius! Many of the people on the scene complained of burning eyes and skin irritation as a result.

•The U.K. Health And Safety Executive has recognized azodicarbonamide as a potential cause of asthma.

•When azodicarbonamide is heated, there are studies that show it is linked to tumor development and cancer.

•Not only is this ingredient banned in Europe and Australia, but you also get fined 450,000 dollars if you get caught using it in Singapore and can serve 15 years in prison.
