Printable Food Journal
One of the simplest ways to identify food related issues is to keep a food journal. This method will help you begin to relate specific foods to specific symptoms, but it cannot be a half-hearted effort. Every single thing that you eat must be logged, and your general state of being should be tracked, with times, in order to start making connections between foods and symptoms. A food journal should be kept for at least 30 days in order to have a fair amount of data.
