Green Smoothie
Combine 1 cup spinach with one stalk of kale. Strip leafy parts of kale off stalk and discard stalk.
Add berries - fresh or frozen. If you are using organic strawberries, keep the green tops on and use the entire berry.
In this particular smoothie, I added sprouts (just a palmful) and organic coconut flakes (1-2 rounded Tablespoons).
Add enough coconut water (or spring water, or filtered water) to blend to desired consistency.

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender (such as a Vitamix) until smooth.
