Monster Mash

Super Simple Pudding & Sorbet

Picture
Picture
This recipe is as easy as 1, 2, 3 because you won't need more than 3 ingredients and 3 minutes to create this healthy treat.

Picture
Use 1 ripe fresh mango, peeled & cubed...

Or, one 10 oz bag of frozen mango chunks (slightly more than a cup).

Blend with the leaves
from one stalk of kale...

Or a palmful of baby spinach leaves to get the green color.
To the above selected ingredients, just add a splash of water to start the blending!
NOTE*  If you are making the orange colored sorbet or pudding, use only mango & water (no more than 1/4 c water) .  Add the spinach or kale only if you want the green color.  Also, if you want a room temperature treat, use the fresh mango and if you want a chilled sorbet, use the frozen mango chunks.  That's all there is to it!    Alternatively, you can thin with more water and you'll get a bright orange or a bright green smoothie drink.  This recipe makes 1 serving.

Make the Serving Cups

Supplies:
Begin with bright colored ceramic bowls or paper cups

Add a face with either:

* black marker
       or
* vinyl transfers (pumpkin face)
* Google Eyes
   (affixed with glue dots on right)
                           -------->
* Note: I used permanent marker on my ceramic bowl and it washed off without any problem.  Google eyes adhered with glue dots also removed easily.
