Probiotic Popsicles
Get the benefits of probiotics in a popsicle!
Choose the Base
Organic Blueberry - Pom - Acai Kefir by Green Valley Organics
or
SO Delicious brand dairy free cultured coconut milk yogurt
or
SO Delicious brand dairy free cultured coconut milk yogurt
Directions
Fill popsicle molds approx. 2/3 full of fresh or frozen berries. I used a frozen 3 berry blend consisting of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
Pour Kefir or Yogurt up to fill line of molds.
Cover with foil or fitted top (if your popsicle molds have a fitted top).
Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze overnight (or for several hours) and pop them out when ready to serve. Run warm water over the molds to help melt the popsicles slightly so they slip out easily.
Serve on top of a bowl or bucket of ice to keep chilled, especially on a hot day.
