Bunny Pops!

Picture
Try different flavors of coconut milk yogurt for a variety of colored popsicles.  Alternativley, blend vanilla yogurt with fruit to make your own colors.  Strawberries for pink pops, blueberries for blue, mango or papaya for orange and pineapple and banana for yellow.... Or see this pudding recipe for green!

Picture
Fill any type of popsicle mold or candy molds with the yogurt blend.  I happened to have these fun and festive bunnies on hand but no worries if you don't have something similar...  Any pastel colored pops will do the trick!
