What You'll Need
Strawberries, 6 to 8 inch cookie sticks, Coconut Milk (or Vanilla Yogurt), Blueberry Yogurt (or Blueberry Puree)
Wash Strawberries, cut off green tops and stems and insert stick. Dip approx. 2/3 of the strawberry in coconut milk (to thicken coconut milk, you can add 1/3 to 1/2 a can of the liquid into blender and blend with 1/2 a banana) or use vanilla yogurt. Lay on wax paper-lined tray and freeze for 15-20 min. Remove from freezer, dip 1/3 of berry into blueberry yogurt or bluberry puree. Place back on wax paper-lined tray and freeze for another 15-20 minutes or until ready to eat.
