Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Place approx. one cup of chocolate chips in an oven safe dish and set into a pot of water that is filled about an inch deep. Add a splash of milk of your choice (you can use non dairy such as almond or rice milk) and stir over low to medium heat.
Keep stirring until the chips are melted, adding another splash of milk or two until you get the desired consistency of very smooth flowing chocolate.

One by one, take each (pre-washed, clean and dry) berry and twirl into the melted chocolate.
Set dipped berries on parchment or wax paper. To quicken set up time of chocolate, refrigerate berries for 15-20 min. or store in fridge until ready to serve and eat.
