Grandpa lived to be 96 yrs old...he drank cranberry and lemon juice everyday after lunch. I have always loved lemons....and matter of fact it may sound harsh, but wash one up, slice it up and dip in a healthy sweetener, peel and all. It's a lemon drop in your mouth! Hope the benefits pay off :)
