The Freedom To Choose

No matter what happens to us in life, we always have the freedom to choose how we will respond.

My grandmother (& personal angel) taught me by example, what choosing and responding from a place of unconditional love looks like.

She influenced countless lives with the practices described below (left).  I miss her every day, but when I look at her picture, I just know the right way to live!

Thank you grandma!
"The four hardest tasks on

earth are neither physical

nor intellectual feats,

but spiritual ones: To return

love for hate; to include the

excluded; to forgive

without apology, and to be

able to say 'I was wrong.' "

Yes, she was an angel and we all loved her so much but to me, she was my hero. She taught me so much about loving and forgiveness and enjoying life. She loved her children and her grandchildren so much and loved her family and friends as well. Her friends were all ages. She was a wonderful example of what a loving grandma, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend truly is. I miss her every day!

Hildagarde Ida Minnie Marth Fremder Gray......she inspired me for many years showing her unconditional love for anyone and everyone who entered her home! I think of her often and can only hope to be half the woman she was.
